Specific skill set required
ØGood knowledge on Linux, AIX, Solaris, VMware environment is required.
ØBasic knowledge on Storage, networking and backup is an added advantage.
ØShould have very good communication skills to join conference calls, deal stakeholders/clients and be able to work along well in a team and open& flexible to learn new technologies.
ØGood knowledge on concepts of networking like TCP/IP, NFS, DNS is required.
ØShould be flexible to work in any shifts (Mainly in 2PM – 11PM) and on weekend activities.
ØShould be able to work under critifcal scenarios and take ownership as required.
ØShould be assisting the team with their work wherever required and work closely & co-ordinate with them.
ØBasic knowledge of Windows system administration is an added advantage.
ØShould be professional in approach

A unique opportunity to be an integral member of the growing Client Solutions Support team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to Deloitte internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
§Will be working on Linux, AIX, Solaris issues, TSM backup related work, user access, OS support etc.,
§Will be troubleshooting requests/incidents.
§Will be working on server deployments, decommissions and setting up the user access etc.,
§Will be working on monitoring JIRA, Service desk queues, monitoring alerts etc.
§Will be working on ShellShock, SCOM/Monitoring tools and in the vulnerability remediation of Client Solutions, SNET systems, and CMDB consolidation.
§Will be assisting with backup failure troubleshooting, user access requests and VMware view machine access.
§Primary role will be Linux server administration and could extend to other technologies based on business need.
§Candidate should be wiling to work on this and flexible for business needs to pick up any other works required to be addressed if needed.
A successful candidate should:
§Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§Bewilling to work in shifts.
§Be able to collaborate with clients, teammates and have a desire to learn new technologies.
§Be flexible for business needs.
