The Students’ Union are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join our award winning Bars & Event Department.
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to become part of the team. You will lead a small team to success, overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food preparation and stock control management.
You will need to ensure that Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed in accordance with the University guidelines and maintain high standards of service and quality, with excellent product awareness.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, up to 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and a further 5 discretionary days, plus we close over the Christmas period, all of which is paid for!!
