Job Description:
• Formulate and implement strategic PR and promotion programs for Japanese and local clients
• Conduct market research to gather, analyze and deliver the critical information needed for business opportunities
• Facilitate and initiate project implementation of marketing, PR, advertising and promotional activities in formulation of project brief and result achievement
• Develop strategic PR content for online and offline marketing practice
• Coordinate marketing tools, collateral and event management
• Assist in new proposal development and new business pitching
• Daily client servicing and client satisfaction management
• Lead around 7 teams members of PR teams with PR Director
• Need to be punctual and keep promise to the customers
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Familiar with Japanese trend and Travel is appreciated
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Advertising or other Business related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 years team management experience in PR/Marketing agency, handling Exhibition / Seminar etc. is appreciated.
• Candidates with agency experience and strong media network will be preferred, previous media outlets experience is an advantage but not essential
• Self-initiative, good team player and can work under pressure and extremely tight schedule
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Previously working in Japanese company and interest in Japanese culture is preferred
• Good command of English, Mandarin
• Japanese is a great advantange
