Having lived in Brick Town, NJ for 38+ years Sharon is passionate about the Jersey Shore and prides herself on her knowledge of current local transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services including mortgage, insurance, and inspection information. Coming from a family that started in Real Estate in 1970s, she knows the importance of a home for a family. As she builds her brokerages, Sharon strives to increase awareness about the benefits of home ownership and improve the communities where she and her agents list and sell homes.Specializing in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, waterfront properties, and investment income properties, Sharon has the expertise necessary, not only to assist her clients, but also to assist the agents within her office.
